Pashupati College one of the leading public colleges located at Tilottama-16 Rupadehi is committed to imparting qualitative higher education to the students of every class belonging to different communities. The college was established in 2062 taking affiliation with TU at the invaluable contribution, cooperation, and active participation of people of this periphery aiming to provide higher education at lower fees at the local level. Now, the college is conducting four-year BBS and B. Ed programs with different optional subjects and the college is successful in producing efficient and competent manpower. Those college products are found serving in different sectors of national and international markets. The college is working on its master plan to achieve its goal and vision and struggling to do better and better academic excellence. The college has plan of extending innovative academic programs in the coming days as the demand and need of the community in order to preparing nationally and internationally competent manpower.  Due to the trend of brain drain, in case of many colleges struggling for sustainability, our college has also become victim. So, to discourage this trend of migrating aboard, college has planning of introducing vocational, entrepreneurship, life skills program in coming days.
